Federal expedition from Deep Bottom, VA, with the assistance of transports, ferries, and gunboats, to near Weldon, NC, where the Yankees meet little resistance, and with minor skirmishes, capturing some prisoners and Confederate supplies, cotton, etc. 3/28-4/11/1865.
