Summary: Lieutenant Romulus S. Folger of the 28th North Carolina wrote this one-page report of his regiment’s actions at the June 22, 1864 Battle of Jerusalem Plank Road. The 28th North Carolina was in Lane’s Brigade, Wilcox’s Division, Third Corps, Army of Northern Virginia.
