Summary: Captain James G. Harris of the 7th North Carolina writes a short two paragraph report on his regiment’s role at the June 22, 1864 Battle of Jerusalem Plank Road. The 7th North Carolina was part of Lane’s Brigade, Wilcox’s Division, Third Corps, Army of Northern Virginia.
